I början av november kom EU överens om att kriminalisera allvarliga miljöbrott i EU. För att samma regler ska gälla världen över är nästa steg att göra storskalig miljöförstöring – ekocid – till ett brott inom ramen för Internationella brottmålsdomstolen i Haag.

Hur kan ännu mer lagstiftning vara en möjlighet för er verksamhet? Vilka eventuella risker skulle det kunna medföra? Varför skulle ni som företag vilja stödja det?
