Vilka utmaningar och möjligheter innebär cirkulär ekonomi för näringslivet? Nya direktiv och förordningar från EU stöder cirkulär ekonomi och markerar början på en resa mot ökad hållbarhet, ökad konkurrenskraft och nytänkande affärsmöjligheter. Vad innebär förändringarna och hur kan företag arbeta med dem och för dem?

År 2026 blir de grövsta brotten mot miljön straffbara i EU. Att göra storskalig miljöförstöring straffbart inför Internationella brottmålsdomstolen i Haag får global räckvidd och skulle driva på omställningen till cirkulär ekonomi. Vad innebär förslaget?
